How to reduce inflammation

Some supplements can help reduce inflammation, but what we are talking about here is reducing inflammation and staying uninflamed without depending on boatloads of pills for the rest of your life.
There’s a few things to investigate when it comes to reducing inflammation permanently, we have to leave no stone unturned by looking at:

  1. Whether you are Th1 or Th2 dominant. This can turn the way you should combat inflammationupside down.
  2. Whether you are lectin sensitive. Lectin is a very common cause of inflammation. Many people improve their health conditions by avoiding lectins in their diet.
  3. Chronic infections
  4. Dysbiosis
  5. Leaky gut
  6. Stress
  7. Sleep problems (may require a sleep study to diagnose)

If you would like to learn more in-depth about how to reduce inflammation, check out these blog posts on each of the inflammatory molecules we mentioned:

So far, we’ve covered stress and inflammation, both of which are affected by sleep and sleep quality.
