There’s a few things to investigate when it comes to reducing inflammation permanently, we have to leave no stone unturned by looking at:
- Whether you are Th1 or Th2 dominant. This can turn the way you should combat inflammationupside down.
- Whether you are lectin sensitive. Lectin is a very common cause of inflammation. Many people improve their health conditions by avoiding lectins in their diet.
- Chronic infections
- Dysbiosis
- Leaky gut
- Stress
- Sleep problems (may require a sleep study to diagnose)
