The best kinds of water to drink are either spring water (this is usually best) or in America only one can drink tap water filtered with only either carbon or a sand filter.
Drink a variety of spring waters. If you drink spring water at all, alternate between the following four types of spring waters:
Electrical. Simply Sedona, Evian and Simple Truth Artesian water
Magnetic. Examples are Icelandic Glacial and Iceland Springs, Artesian Spring (Canada), Mt. Doug Spring (Canada).
Soft. Examples are Alaskan Spring, Sno and Ice Age Glacial Spring Water (Canada).
Hard. Examples are Crystal Geyser, Mountain Valley, and Fiji.
Other Good Brands
European: Evamor, Aqua Panna, Volvic, Voss (and not the others).
