Europe, and ouabain in the United
States
Intermittently fast. Once you’ve progressed to the point of
fasting for 20 hours each day for a month, consider doing a four- or five-day
water fast several times a year
Get plenty of non-exercise movement each day; walk more and
incorporate higher intensity exercise as your health allows
