One important habit

  1. Wake up before the sunrise and go for jog.
  2. Exercise or practice yoga or go for a gym.
  3. Spend atleast 10 mins for meditation, it relaxes your mind and keeps you fresh and active throughout your day.
  4. Sit for 10 mins and list down the activities that you are going to do on that particular day (To do list). Mark each activity on a priority basis, as "Important", " most important " etc, and set a reminder on your phone to remind you about the next activity you are supposed to do.
  5. When you are stressed with the work, take a 10 mins break, close your eyes, take a deep breath and exale slowly. By doing this, your eyes and mind will feel relaxed.
  6. Have your food on time.
  7. Have your dinner 2 hrs before you go to sleep.
