- Wake up before the sunrise and go for jog.
- Exercise or practice yoga or go for a gym.
- Spend atleast 10 mins for meditation, it relaxes your mind and keeps you fresh and active throughout your day.
- Sit for 10 mins and list down the activities that you are going to do on that particular day (To do list). Mark each activity on a priority basis, as "Important", " most important " etc, and set a reminder on your phone to remind you about the next activity you are supposed to do.
- When you are stressed with the work, take a 10 mins break, close your eyes, take a deep breath and exale slowly. By doing this, your eyes and mind will feel relaxed.
- Have your food on time.
- Have your dinner 2 hrs before you go to sleep.
