One important daily habit

  1. Wake up early, exercise, do  yoga for mental peace.
  2. ignore outside foods.
  3. drink more than 3L water.
  4. stay away from FB, whatsapp as much as possible.
  5. turn your Wi-Fi while sleeping.
  6. must read good books before sleeping, this will help you to be positive next day.
  7. eat fruits everyday.
  8. promise yourself, you will be smiling and happy in any situation.
