- See the To do list which you prepared in the morning, list down the work which are pending, and plan the next day's work before you sleep.
- Whenever you find time, read, read and read. Newspaper, books, articles on website, Quora etc.
- Switch off your phone when you are planning to sleep at night. Have a peaceful sleep for atleast 8 hrs.
- Drink lots and lots of water.
- Stop eating junk food
- Have healthy, home food.
- Brush your teeth in the morning and after dinner.
