Important habits

  1. See the To do list which you prepared in the morning, list down the work which are pending, and plan the next day's work before you sleep.
  2. Whenever you find time, read, read and read. Newspaper, books, articles on website, Quora etc.
  3. Switch off your phone when you are planning to sleep at night. Have a peaceful sleep for atleast 8 hrs.
  4. Drink lots and lots of water.
  5. Stop eating junk food
  6. Have healthy, home food.
  7. Brush your teeth in the morning and after dinner.
