In this new series I'm calling #BetterMe30, I will be doing an extreme fat loss body challenge. The goal of this challenge is.. hopefully, by documenting this challenge I will inspire the viewer (you) to start a this challenge to become a more fit, lean, and amazing version of themselves especially with 2018 creeping up in the corner.

Starting weight: 190.4
Starting Body Fat: 14.1%

Week 2: 183.6 lbs
Body Fat : 11.1%

Week 3: 178.2 lbs
Body Fat: 12.8%

Week 4: 176
Body Fat: 11.3%

Final Results
Day 1: 190.4 LBS | 17-18% BF
Day 30: 174 LBS | 11% BF
