Few years ago, I realized that I am wasting my life by not doing anything productive. Then I decided to work damn hard to develop myself. I decided to step out of my COMFORT ZONE. I scheduled my day for maximum productivity, here are some tips for you that I followed and has brought a change in me positively.
(1) Wake up early:- Develop a habit of waking up in the morning. It has many health benefits. Apart from that you get a fresh start for your day.
- Download a playlist of your favorite motivational songs or the songs which refreshes your mind.
- Pick up your earphones and mobile and head out for a 1 km jog and 1 km back home. Enjoy the natural scenery while jogging.
(2) Drink plenty of water:- Drink up-to 3-4 liters of water per day. Keep yourself hydrated. This gives you more energy and it also improves digestion. Drink 3-4 glasses (about 640 ml) as soon as you wake up, if possible.
(3) Eat banana everyday:- Get into the habit of eating banana every single day.
- Bananas help you reach your weight-loss goals, keep your bowels healthy, provide nutrients that regulate heart rhythm and have vitamin compounds for eye health.
(4) Read a lot:- This is a very important habit to be developed. Many people think it is overrated. Remember one thing, "Losers have many reasons for not doing productive things, while Winners have just one single reason for doing that thing." Stop listening to procrastinators and start reading for at least 30-45 minutes every single day.
- This increases your vocabulary, imagination, knowledge and much more. Even the busiest of entrepreneurs find time and read books.
(5) Work towards your goals:- Work towards you goal each day. Plan your upcoming year, month and day. Track your productivity and edit the plans accordingly.
(6) Find a source of Motivation:- Find people, quotes, other sources that push you through so that you can work towards your goal.
For me, I watch videos from these channels:-
(7) Meditate:- Many teenagers ignore this. They think of it as a waste of time, but it is a very integral part in boosting our productivity. It calms our mind from the worldly stress. It gives us more energy.
